At 10:30 a.m. on February 5, in a warm, festive and solemn atmosphere, the commencement ceremony of the second phase of the main and auxiliary shaft of Vietnam Maoxi coal mine project of the group company was solemnly held. Relevant leaders from the construction unit, design and supervision unit and all project personnel witnessed this exciting moment.

At the commencement ceremony, Wang Honghai, deputy general manager of the construction unit, delivered a speech. He pointed out that, in the face of COVID-19's attack and influence, the two sides could persist in overall coordination, unite and cooperate, overcome difficulties, successfully complete the preliminary work, lay a solid foundation for the follow-up work of the project, and fully demonstrate the essence of Chu Xiang pioneering work. It is hoped that both sides can continue to adhere to the principle of win-win cooperation, focus on safety production, and complete all work of the project with high quality.

Project Manager said that during the preparation period of the project, the division of labor was clear, the scheduling was strengthened, the safety risks were prevented in advance, the epidemic prevention and control was well done, and the tasks assigned by the group company were over fulfilled. The project department will adhere to the core values of "pragmatism, dedication, innovation and progress" of the group company, implement the safety concept of "responsibility compaction, system implementation and effective means" and the quality concept of "sincerity, precision, precision standard, precision and distance", make careful deployment, grasp the progress and elaborate construction to achieve high quality. Taking the quantity of construction as the standard, strictly abide by the bottom line of safety production, and write a brilliant chapter of overseas projects in the strategic layout of "one main and two wings" of the group company.
